What is Plusnel?
A New Upcycled Material for Architecture
Plusnel is a highly functional and eco-friendly fiber panel made with an advanced upcycling technology.
Its high durability performs the best against external environmental changes such as impact, moisture, and temperature. It contains no hazardous adhesive ingredients and detected Tvoc (Total Volatile Organic Compounds, Toluene, Formaldehyde, heavy metal content) less than the lowest minimum.
Features of Plusnel
Environmental friendly Net Zero Emissions Eco Value Chain
With just 1 pound of textile waste, we can create extraordinary 4" x 4" (inch) Plusnel pieces that are 0.12" (inch) thick.
One ton of Plusnel panels is equivalent to one entire modular house! That's right – a single ton of our cutting-edge panels can be transformed into a fully functional, sustainable dwelling. With Plusnel, we're redefining what's possible in the world of construction, combining ingenuity with environmental consciousness.
High Density Fiber Panel
Plusnel® not only features excellence in durability and simplicity on construction, but it also has a high-density fiber panel by stacking fibers together without adhesive ingredients through high-temperature and high-pressure processes.
Thermal Insulation Fiber Panel
Plusnel® Thermal Insulation Fiber Panel is a high-performance fiber panel with excellence in thermal insulation and sound absorption through research applied to high-temperature and high-pressure processes.
Manufacturing Process
Wasted Textiles
Collected materials are cut into pieces
Shredding
Unwanted scraps are removed
Fiber Breakage
Fabric is cut into fine pieces and broken into threads
Carding
Fabric is flattened into thin layers and laid over each other
Heating/Cooling Press
Apply heat and pressure to the layered fabric
Plusnel Panel Creation
Panels are created through patented technology
